GIBSONS GAMES LTD (“GIBSONS”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:

a) Mainland UK: Minimum order value is £150. Orders of £350 NET (Buying Groups £400) or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under £350, a £20 carriage fee per purchase order applies.

b) Scottish Islands, ROI, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: Minimum order value is £150. Orders of £500 NET or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under £500, a £20 carriage fee per purchase order applies.

c) Purchase orders cannot be amended, modified, cancelled, or delayed without charge once processed by Gibsons. Prices are subject to change but can be requested on demand.

d) Bespoke product orders are subject to separate contractual agreements between the parties.

e) All shortages, damages, part delivery and non-delivery claims must be notified, with photographs, within 2 working days of receipt of goods to claims@gibsonsgames.co.uk.

EXPORT TERMS:

All prices are nett EX WORKS, including standard packing in cartons. Pallets, export cases, and insurance will be charged at cost. Minimum value is £350 Ex Works.

THIRD PARTY RESELLING:

Customers are prohibited from reselling products on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon). Gibsons reserves the right to refuse fulfilling orders from customers in breach of this condition. Breach of these terms may result in the closure of your Gibsons account.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment of invoices shall be due by 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments made outside this timeframe may result in your account being suspended. Gibsons reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% above the Bank of England reference rate in force on the date the debt becomes due. New accounts will be set up on a proforma basis, following credit checks; orders can be provided on a credit basis at Gibsons Games discretion.

RETENTION OF TITLE:

Title to the goods remains with Gibsons until the purchase price for the goods (and any other goods supplied to the same customer by Gibsons) has been paid in full and received by Gibsons.

WARRANTY:

Gibsons provides a direct replacement part service for consumers. For warranty claims, contact hello@gibsonsgames.co.uk or visit the website at https://gibsonsgames.co.uk/pages/warranty-claims. All goods supplied by Gibsons comply with the relevant Product Safety legislation, as required.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

These conditions prevail and supersede any other standards, specifications, conditions, or particulars unless explicitly accepted in writing by Gibsons as part of an overriding contract.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
